Ray Dalio is an American investor, hedge fund manager, and philanthropist. HeĀ is the founder of investment firm Bridgewater Associates, one of the world’s largest hedge funds and during an appearance at the Milken InstituteĀ during October 2017 provided hisĀ thoughts on Bitcoin. Dalio suggests that Bitcoin is a “highly speculative market” and “was not an effective medium of exchange”. Would you agree?
